Having blocked all the Trolls they are plaguing our forum I no longer see much of what they're saying, but I can only imagine it isn't pretty.

Having lived in South Africa for the past 45 years I got to learn a lot about the country & its people.

In particular the Zulu's, a proud nation who under Shaka Zulu ruled the continent for a number of years.

But i digress.

To all those horrid little urchins who are making our life miserable, my gift to you this little pearl of wisdom from an old Zulu Proverb.

"Ungafunda ukuhlakanipha ezinyaweni zikamkhulu wakho, noma ekugcineni kwenduku.Ukulawula:"
"Uma ubheka lokho abadala bakho abakutshela kona futhi ulandele izeluleko zabo, awuzukufunda izinto ezinzima ngokusebenzisa isipiliyoni. "
Uma ungakwamukeli lokho abakushoyo, kuzofanela ufunde izifundo zakho ngokwenza amaphutha futhi wamukele imiphumela ebuhlungu esijwayele ukuyiqonda."

Translated it means

"You can learn wisdom at your grandfather's feet, or at the end of a stick."
Meaning:
"If you pay attention to what your elders are telling you and follow their advice, you won't have to learn things the hard way through experience."
"If you don't absorb what they have to say, you will have to learn your lessons by making mistakes and accepting the often-painful consequences."
