Also it was not necessarily insider trading. The day before the news was also the day it broke the long term down trend line, which I, and I assume many other traders, have been watching for months and waiting for. Somehow the day after the trend line broke was also news day, plain old luck perhaps? Also 80 million shares was not that many traded for that size of a gap up relative to how it used to trade. On the first rise to 11c it was trading 200+ million a day at least, consistently .
