Rather than calling those that haven't burnt their bridges to waste managements time consider re-reading the ASX release 30 June 2021 (relevant excerpt below). You'd be aware they've worded it in such a way as to give some flexibility to both parties. Unless one of these parties have decided to terminate since there is nothing more that they can really say.
"....The LOI will be terminable by either party if the parties have not entered into a binding definitive agreement by 16 July 2021, or such other date as determined by the parties.
The LOI contemplates a date for completion of 31 August 2021, which date may be extended by the agreement of the parties."
