Interesting thought from Noel, seems to thinking Trap failure is the reason for APUS not being able to hold onto hydrocarbons... could be a combination of both, Apus sitting the channel needed a deep source,, he seems to be suggesting it did exist but wasn't able to accumulate in APUS. Might hold out some hope for the trunk area if this was the case for CVN/STO.
