People with the abilities of Noel get paid well in this business .
His remuneration would run into a few million over a period of years whether he was doing this sort of high level executive work running TDO or working as a wage executive in a larger oil company .

He does not seem over paid to me .
It has taken a long time but he appears to me to have positioned the company into a good position for some serious action over the next few years if as expected the energy prices stay up .

This company is not for every one .
Potentially high return but very high risk .
