I was talking to an exploration company director during the ebola outbreak, he had just travelled out of Mali, and said it was the only time he didn't get sick because everyone had improved their hand washing and hygiene due to the outbreak.

I suspect there is a much lower rate of everything in the population, day care included. But that would have been the first place I closed definitely, I used to try and not breath or touch anything when I picked up the kids. Those places are feral.
