options are a incentive or part of a package. I don't see FAR management on reduced salaries because of options/incentives. Its not a easy structure due to the business, but if the above does not apply , you work to a budget and if you come within budget you receive bonuses - aka options. Its water under the bridge, but if she sells and free carries , I'll be gutted!
