I know what you are saying, I was really referring to the situation last Thursday. Exercised at 4+c and the market is at 9+c. She can get free carried again by dumping some on the market and SP will drop to 7.5 or
8c and still be a good bonus.
If she does go for a free carried situation (I hope she doesn't), my guess is that she won't do it until news is released for BELL and SNE4. I suspect she already knows about BELL. If she keeps all the shares on good news, then I suspect a left field event in the air.
According to my quick day count, first week April for the TD announcement, interim result of BELL already known to FAR now.
