The Reaper is an already established aircraft, so when they say "interoperable with our allies" what they mean is that we will be flying the same kit. With QHL joining, my guess is that they may get to manufacture the aircraft in country under license by General Atomics as it has a composite airframe. Or they will provide the composite repairs as part of the in service support (ISS) contract.
