The way I read the announcement there's been no contract awarded yet. QHL essentially are now part of GA-ASI's supply team, but will only see some work if the Aust. govt. awards the contract to them. So Mr Market is nonplussed. Still it's another potential revenue earner and as you say capacity closer, should the deal go ahead and we're seeing some work from it.
This is still a higher risk investment though and will remain so until we can start making some consistent profits and have a wider cross section of work to call upon. Mr Burgess will need some time to do that.
