I have had a look at the Linkedin profiles for Sytze Voulon and Justin Baird and both look pretty credible. Couldnt find much about Mr Blake but found this. Active in some mining companies.
It all looks like some sort of powerplay from the blakes to do who knows what. This is still a buy from me.
Keep tuned as this is going to get hot and saucy.
