If 249D is found to be valid and a Shareholder vote is required.
How many Shares do the requisitioning parties hold? how many have they recently acquired or are acquiring?
The percentage of shares voted at past AGMs points to shareholder apathy, and if shareholders are not keeping their eye on the ball my concern is that the Blakes and co may get this over the line.
Does anybody have any thoughts on this?
