if they are looking at a "3 way agreement" ie: 2 other JVP's.
it's not going to happen tomorrow.
getting 3 companies to sign on the dotted line takes time.
there's plenty of reasons why it maybe held up.
remember the oppies are worth approx $12MM bucks in the money.
if it's really close call, could they get someone to underwrite full or part of..???? Hartleys have had a good run, maybe call in a favour..
