Acording to mine I'd say it isn't imo..
That would mean a drop of $2 from here and a drop of $1.80 ish below the Speed & Res Lines on the Chart below that has held since Feb plus the 30&50d ma's and the 61.8% Fib.
Very Highly Improbable...imo
