The biggest signal is the MACD has crossed on the Weekly. The last time this happened was MAY week 19. PDN rallied from a low of 4.36 to a high of 5.33 and a start of an upward trend. I expect DJIA to bounce back tomorrow, which will help PDN along. Keep and eye on DJIA fut, back over 8600 at the moment. I am looking for a similar rally from PDN, similar to MAY Week 19.
