    Indeed. Also see the announcementby MTU. Offer is clearly a funded and genuine one. Leaves them with about 15-16cps net cash of ehich they are giving back 3c straight up with more possiblyto come. Question then is what is the value of the mobile and electricity businesses to add to this? Will try to do some calcs tonight
