As I mentioned on a previous post I am a recent refugee from UMC. On the UMC threads we were spoilt by knowledgeable posters supplying endless detail. Perhaps the VMS thread is similar; I am not yet familiar enough with the thread to know.
It seems to me the greatest success with VMS is in the immediate term tied up in the drilling of skarns in Tasmania. What is a skarn? How conistent are they within skarns? from one skarn to the next? I know more about oilers. In oilers we say; same siesmic-same age-same area- same result. Does it hold similar for skarns?
Any insight would be appreciated.
