if bluegen is rebadged as a bloom product in US, it will become a massive takeover target in my humble opinion. bloom will not risk loosing its main source of revenue in micro CHP, and if Bloom raised 1 billion in IPO, it could be an interesting possibility in raising debt, especially when US debt markets are still somewhat functioning (even though european credit is freezing slightly).
