Possibilities:
1. Credit Raise. 80:20 or 90:10 Institutional:Retail.
2. Cornerstone investor(s)
Could raise the capital in tranches of $15 million dollars at a time. Thereby only releasing 75 million shares for the first $15 million. Decreasing issued shares with increased share pricing.
This could create and raise income and share holder value between each tranch.
Anyone else with alternatives?
