Have to take the opportunity to say thank you to you. I came across your posts in WAC in July 2015 by accident (at that stage you seemed to be the only one posting) and the whole concept captured my interest. I invested some at 1.5c, then some more at 2c, and have slowly accumulated over time. As a recent retiree, this stock now has the potential to make my retirement a hell of a lot more comfortable than it currently is. So I owe you a lot! Thanks and Happy New Year.
