Interesting comment of Gaurav Sodhi on Oz Bus on 18/12/23 : "ARR* is not an audited figure". He goes into details about this, saying that not all companies are calculating it the same way. So we need to read each company's explanations regarding the way it is calculated.
I do not know if he is right about this, but it is worth checking.
* Annualised Recurring Revenue. Concept used by a lot by software companies to show that they have a high level of sustainable revenue.
