First page of this thread is interesting. Dropbox competitor was already being talked about as a potential acquisition. 5 months later and that's exactly what's happened. This has been on the cards for a while. Making it happen can require a lot of work as we've seen. Interestingly, current share price is now just about the same as it was then (after taking consolidation into account).
