lol saw that...ethical directors would inform market before the move especially big money is involved...moreover they are trading to raise at 0% interest when bond yield is 1.5%.
I think those who are willing to pay 1.5b $ will drop the share price significantly under 100$ to minimize the risk specially when directors took profit.
