Frankly, PBT from 20c to over $1 in less than a year, if you're a longer-term investor and you didn't cash in some rewards along the way, then you only have yourself to blame. These are speculative companies in the even more speculative biochemistry industry, only a small percentage go on to succeed.
PBT, $400mill+ markecap before today, nothing to stop OBJ from heading that way on an announcement deal.
