Your logic may be okay but ANL is mining at 1.3% Ni grade vs the reserve grade of 1.0% Ni.
ANL is highgrading and the extent of the high grade is not clear to me yet what effect would have on Reserve ore grade and ore reserves at the next update.
ANL stated that they are stockpiling ore at 1.0% cut-off and the rest they are processing at 1.3% Ni grade.
If there would be a 25% or more reduction in ore grade and possibly more because of the high grading then there would be a substantiall increase in production costs either directly or indirectly if tonnes of metal produced decreases.
This would without doubt effect the bottom line.
So we buy now at 8cents and hope for the very best.
This stock is not for me until I see revised reserve ore grade and ore reserves, Murrin-Murrin is going great guns and noone else has beaten ANL to Coongarie.
