If they cant get Murrin Murrin working then I'd say there will be great reluctance on the part of the big mining companies to pump more money into laterties until a solution is found.
I believe the capital rectification program will be a success. This will spell good news for any junior that has a deposit with say 30 year mine life and good high grade ore. One has to wonder though what stake the junior will eventually be left with as they will find it difficult to raise their share of the capital. required to build the plant.
ANL I believe sorted out its 30 year mine life at grades greater than 1% when it acquired the Abednego tenaments. However, one cannot discount any strategic opportunity should it arise if its economically viable to have a higher grade pumped through the plant.
