under what circumstances would the stock go up.
1. Takeover by Glencore, but their aim would be to frustrate Moongoose by using the creep-up to go to 50.01%.
2. Murrin-Murrin can keep on high grading for another 10-20years thus not rendering their reserves worthless.
Note in their financial reports and press articles they stated that reserves are at a cut-off grade of 0.8%Ni and they are mining at 1.3% Ni and stockpiling anything less than 1.0%.
How long can this highgrading be sustained without a large reduction in reserves or grade or both?
3. No-one would be in a position to take on Murrin-Murrin and the likes of Glencore and Moongose unless they control Coongarie
4. It is unlikely that Glencore would sell out of Murrin-Murrin and Anaconda so Mongoose is left as a minority shareholder unless they control Coongarie and regain the bargaining power over Glencore.
5. The rectifocation works must be an 110% success before the stock is rerated if not by then Glencore has made a take over bid for peanuts.
6. Anconda still owns lots and lots of money to Glencore and Glencore can exchage that for more shares in Anaconda thus further diluting existing shareholders much to the bemuse of the goose.
7. shall I say more?
