Please explain how Mongoose's entry price is above 12 cents? Sounds like some dodgy maths here.
The terms of the takeover bid were 1 share at 12 cents and 14 rights at one cent (plus 5 cents application). On my calculator that makes an average entry price of 6.4 cents versus a current price of approx 7 cents.
I too think the Glencore will try and eventually get to 50% with the creep up clauses, but from memory you can only go up by 5% a year
