    The offer in the market was only for the old ordinary shares. As these old ordinary shares represented less than 1/15th of the company after the rights issue, and 33% of these old shares were already owned by Glencore and another 36% of these were picked up by Mongoose as part of their takeover offer, the offer you talk about for the ord shares only relates to 2% of the total shares in ANL.

    This means out of the 41% they own, a minimum of 39% was picked up via the takeover offer at the rate of 12 cents for 1 shares and 6 cents for 14 shares. There is absolutely no way their average entry is anywhere past 7 cents.

    No debate, learn how to use a calculator and do your homework!!!!!!!!!! Your guesswork is appalling and ignorant.
