    As a general rule when these penny stocks sit in the doldrums for years with promises promises from management then all of a sudden volume picks up and the hot copper heart posters start beating their drums you just know the pump and dump is coming.

    The recent spike to 9.5c was a sucker punch .

    If White range was any good Xstrata would have bought it $5m was petty cash for them.
