I was going by the last update on the 8/3 about their revised capital structure.
The current PSF may have only been worth $27.5 mill at 4.9 on current capital structure, but at the same time, investors who are buying shares today (not withstanding daytraders/short term traders) are not investing in PSF based on their current business, they are investing based on acquiring Syntonic and therefore diluted Syntonic shares can be taken into account when looking at their income and financial position.

1,954,276,880 shares once relisted on the ASX in June after the transaction is completed.
2,479,276,880 if you want to include performance shares and options.
