The prospectus will come with a dollar amount attached as revenue of Syntonic, which is what the market cap will be based on.

Can then divide it by the number of shares that will also be contained in the prospectus.

We have a rough idea now on the future structure, but no one knows the Syntonic revenue figures yet, well very few..

Prospectus can be dumped on market any time now, would not want to be trading this and miss out on those numbers.

Till then, its all supposition still, which wont stop comment of course.
