I have finished the DCF analysis model that I am using to develop a 12-month price target for 1ST.

Lodge Capital used a DCF analysis to generate a target price of 38 cents.

My personal DCF model has arrived at a 12-month target price (Nov 2020) of 34 cents.

I will share details of the DCF model in a separate post at a later date for the purposes of discussing assumptions etc.
