    I think you are incorrect re a cap at 5c.

    A sell of 1m shares was placed at 5c. It reached the front of the queue, 90k was taken from it, and it remained.

    That's not a cap, that's someone selling 1m shares at 5.5c. Nothing more.

    Just need patience here and welcome the opportunity of buying below 5.5c as people queue up to sell below that level.
