I wouldn't be setting your sights on a takeover/buyout anytime soon. Certainly not saying it couldn't come as we often know little about whats going on behing the scenes.

But healthy revenue for starters will see the SP go north multiples of what it is now. Although, I dont feel someone is capping the SP I think there are certainly a lot of stale (perhaps also aggreived by the share price) holders that have been trying to offload their stagnant holding. I am sure a lot of people have loved this stock in the past and unfortunately to a lot of factors (lack of market knowledge, inefficient research etc.) it hasn't loved them back.

Seven figure revenue to commence from the release of the new Mobvoi watch. Global sales of the apple watch were around 32 million in 2019. Wearable devices in China were nearly 100 million (wristbands, smart watches, earphones) with Xiaomi, Huawei taking most of the marekt share and Apply coming in third. The market in China is massive.

Even if Mobvoi gets say 3% of the market share with its new FDA approved tech. Out of the wearable devices (100 million) conservatively 60% are wristbands and smart watches. So lets say 60 million.

If we (Mobvoi) can penetrate 3% of that market thats 1.8 million devices sold. If we assume the average selling price (ASP) of $200 (Mobvois top product sells for around $500 the cheapest product is about $80). As per previous annoucements we get 3-5% of ASP. Lets be conservative and say we get 3% of 3% of the market for an ASP of $200.

3% of 60m market = 1.8m
3% of ASP = $6

1.8 x $6 = $10.8m Revenue to CDX

Thats just with one partner and for the general wearable market. Obviously this is pie in the sky stuff but its a speculative play however it has huge upside in revenue generation and therefore potential to pay healthy dividends.

Throw in the other tech which holds its own in many ways and we could see multiples of the above yearly revenue being generated.
