You would have to think that these options will be converted. 5c November 30th 2021. Any SP above 5c at that time should cause portions of the options to be exercised - dependent on what people paid for them and what the SP is at the time.
At 7c for example, who wouldn't exercise their options?
And if CDX is not 7c by end of November 2021, I think a lot of investors will be disappointed. Personally, I will be long gone if that's the case.
