I feel as though it's likely that Mobvoi are waiting on the new significant update to Google's Wear OS being released before the watch will be launched (why do the development work twice if you can just wait another month or two). It's currently already available as a developer preview although it's still missing some fairly major functionality. Samsung is rumoured to be releasing their first Wear OS 3.0 watch in August so I think that would probably be a realistic date for Mobvoi also.
