I think you are right @shikapat ,seems the seller wants to offload between .05 and .06, maybe looking for an average of .055.
Also with the power to maintain the price at this level if it starts getting a little soft.
IMO, entry level around mid .05's seems about as good as it is going to get ( and bloody good value IMO ) if looking to establish a position in CDX. And once the seller is finished watch for a quick run toward the .10c as those sitting on the fence ( or watchlist ) start to worry they may have missed out.
Irrelevant to me anyway ... looking for > $1.00 partial exit and free carry in 2022. A .054c average will do handsomely !!
