The price did not crash down to this level because this gap needed to be filled.
The price movements at the moment are based on the fundamentals of the company. If it weren't for those 30m shorts closing (I'm assuming they took this opportunity to take their profit), this would have plummeted further.
The shorts will then be refreshed, flush with cash. Do you think they'll take their eye off MSB? Blood is in the water now. There's no quick route to any significant revenue.
And if they can't find a way to fund the necessary trials and their huge expenses for the next 3 years, then 40c may not be where this settles.
Be wary. This is not oversold. IMO
