I bought a small parcel today at $4. Sigh. I seem to always pick the tops. Still, I have been buying for a while and my average price is still well under $3.

When I delayed in the past, the share price just ran away from me - hard. So I've been burnt a bit by waiting. I'd also hate to be caught out waiting when an announcement comes out that really changes things. This experience influences my actions.

I'm of the view that I want these shares for the end game result of a take-over, rather than short term trading. Your needs might be different from mine. If you can pick them up at $3, that would be a great price IMO. But I also think $4 is pretty good too.
