Not sure mate to be honest. Donaldson did ask for a ruling with reasoning to follow on and Bennett argued agaunst it, rightly the Judge said he would deliver his ruling and reasons together.
"But it will be my priority" he said.
He was well aware of the commercial sensitivity.
I have never felt it would be a day or two but my gut feel is late this coming week early next.
