Chalice up by 50 cents....Interesting to see Chalice are finding good extension strikes at Julimar, we may soon be hearing good things from them...As for Scotty and his Bankruptcy, If we are paying the $1500 a year to keep him in bankruptcy...he will have to pay us if he ever comes out of it or comes across some monies....the same applies if he drops dead we have a claim on his estate.... (hope it hurries up and wishes comes true, ).....May be people should read bankruptcy laws, not as easy as people think to avoid paying up.....Eventually you will get the money if you out live them....

Scotty, and his mob are still obligated to put up security, that's a court decision and if they find the money for that , then Venture has a right to take it....This is why the courts ruled this way.....Bankruptcy lasts for as long as Venture keep them Bankrupt....A time limit of 5 years only applies if Venture do not continue to pay the Bankruptcy holding fees.The day they stop is the day the 5 years commences.
