Sorry if i spooked you with the "cheap" word, my expectation would that 2.4 would be the low.Then i would be looking for the handle to form and take it from there.My use of the rsi doesn't create targets as such it merely denotes momentum changes and buy/sell zones.Hope that helps.Overall a postive pattern.
