I will buy at any price when I see the signal that tells me NEU is ready to go again.
but I hasn't see it yet
on weekly chart the volume of this weeks trade made me nervous
and the other reason is 1.8-2c area was last resistance and it hasn't been successfully tested yet, and I do think it need to be tested at some stage, so it is better to test it earlier then later
just my thoughts
