you would only be selling MNM this week if you thought the BM bulk sample test ann due next week was going to be disappointing.

but if the bulk sample tests were looking like being a failure why would MNM have taken steps in the last few weeks (and since the tests started) to tie up another 10 billion tonnes of brown coal in the Latrobe Valley? They would only be going to the trouble of doing so if they were of the belief that they will be able to commercialise the brown coal. the only way this can be done is if the exergen process is commercial.

which makes you think MNM already know the results of the BM bulk sample test but haven't finalised the paperwork for the ann.
