CNQ has announced the funding will be a combination of debt and equity with an 18 Month pay back.
I believe in the project & with Mitsubishi as the cornerstone investor it will not fail.
But considering a suggested NPV of around $0.60 and my holding and holding costs I would be reluctant to contribute any new money. But I would be repaired to sell at a profit and buy into a placement.
(If I had purchases CBA instead I would be close to doubling my money.)

I am confident the Directors would be taking this into account and working very hard to limit any dilution.

My GUT FEELING due to Mitsubishi’s off take agreements and 18 Month pay back (say $45 Mil) CNQ will become a dividend/yield stock or a platform to expand.

Time will tell.
