It is my belief that many of the shareholders in CNQ are original long term and like me have my shares in the bottom draw.
The original float was at $0.20 so I would think many shareholders would have an average over $0.10.
The last capital rising Feb 2013 @ $0.075 was disappointing I would expect due to the above. (Long termers sitting) (Mitsubishi recent loan @ say $0.14)

I am delighted with the achievements the new board/Management have made in the last 12 Months and are now suggesting CNQ is a buy But due to my holding I am sitting.

But I would not expect large volumes at this stage. Maybe say $0.12 plus.
