If you can't see manipulation then you must be blind. Currently the USA gets 35% of its uranium from Kazakhstan (a basically Russian state) surely anyone who owns a TV can see that this is likely to be an unstable supply source for USA. PEN are sitting on a new mine that is tipped to be the biggest producer of uranium in the USA by 2021, plus Karoo on top. some VERY POWERFUL PEOPLE are getting behind this for the same reason as me, its going to make $$$$ since the USA are going to depend on it in a very big way by 2021. Don't overlook how critical a supply of uranium from within the USA will be to the US economy of the next few years, All my own opinion, this manipulation may continue but if your in it for the long term then buy up big because someone is spending big $$$ to create this low price which can only mean they expect to make $$$$$$$$$$$$$$!!!
