I feel it’s a belated buy the rumour sell the news event yesterday. I haven't had time to fully dissect the quarter, but it defiantly surprised me to the upside and I feel the market too. (25M operational cashflow, on 21 days lost production on a 90 period, at prices that show their long term strategy is paying off (90% outside of China)) was an outstanding by Amanda and the team.
It gapped up on Wednesday (the surprise), closed it yesterday, and is now set to break further north.
It looks very positive the plant will reopen within a week. We’ll need to work out some analyst on what COP/Revenue looks like on LAMP running at 60-70% favouring only markets with good demand/price fundamentals. At a straight up guess I think they can turn out 20M-30M under COVID restrictions. I’m holding out for the final confirmation of LAMP reopening before changing sentiment to “buy”.
