Just one of my thoughts. Please critique, if I am way off. What are the chances of an Ann tomorrow morning? East Coast on holiday and that may give us WA'ppl a chance to buy our own turf without the turfwar? It also would then give the pub dwellers in NSW and VIC a read on Tuesday morning about a missed opportunity and then some real FOMO buying? Could MC be giving us an early tax pressie??
